Patience /ˈpeɪʃns/ noun "The capacity to accept or tolerate delay, problems, or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious. "You can find bargains if you have the patience to sift through the rubbish." It has been one week since the race, and after some easier days, I am feeling much better but still not great. We conducted some tests this week, and I have been diagnosed with post-viral fatigue along with lung irritation. This means I need one more week of taking it easy until my body fully recovers its health. I am fortunate to be under the care of @patriknoack have been given the green light to engage in light training. Being patient is never easy, especially with the big race of the year approaching, but my health always takes priority. Mentally, I am feeling good thanks to the presence of so many amazing people in my life and the support of the best medical team and my coach.
