It’s IronMan Wales weekend! 🐉🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 It’s crazy to think it’s been 12 months since I completed my first ever full IronMan Triathlon, and now I cannot wait to go and be on the other side as a supporter! 😍 There are so many friends I know taking part tomorrow, and all I can do is offer some advice from my own personal experience! Focus on your own race, don’t worry about anything else and stick to your game plan 🙏 Emotions are going to be high, adrenaline will be pumping and the crowd will be cheering you on but it’s important to stay focused and not get carried away 👊 Make sure to fuel well throughout, the feed stations are there for a reason! 🙏 Take your time in transitions and plan for every potential outcome across all 3 disciplines.
