If we lose integrity in our interactions with others when things are good, then we won’t be able to even locate integrity when things are bad. We become who we practice being. That’s Karmic. I.e., it’s not that “the Universe” is good or bad, it’s that you, by locating the well of light within you, become the vessel of light that brightens the path around you. And if you feel gratitude for those around you, then you already know that things are good - not because they are, but because that is the requisite for abundance. You procure miracles because you apprehend God in all others as messengers for your own becoming. That is the meaning of “you are the path”; indeed, the great mystery seeks grace and stimuli through you as the vessel for its own play. Acting with integrity in the face of adversity, or loneliness, or overwhelm - inspires those around you (whose eyes are open) to do the same. Demonstrating grace instills hope in others, attracts life, and cultivates feelings of confidence about life. How have you engaged with others… that is the marker of your integrity, that is who you are becoming, and the single greatest indicator of what you truly feel, deep inside) that you deserve and are capable of. You cannot sail on a ship to a shore that you cannot captain yourself; no one will take you to that world you dream of without your full engagement in life - not in select moments, but in all moments.
