This guy hopped into bed late one night about 28 days ago and said "So, I just did a thing!" ~ "I've signed up for a 12.5km trail run" !! 😳🤪. I burst out laughing 🤣. But, he was serious. If anyone knows Rob, and I know alot of you do, he's very sporty and active ~ BUT, never a runner. He's never ran anywhere as he has 'dodgy knees & hips'. But this didn't stop him. He trained, (sporadically).. with a few late night and early morning runs and today, despite having the 'man flu', he smashed the 12kms and RAN the whole way 👊👏💪. Talk about Grit! We are super proud of you Rob and what an amazing role model you are for our 2 mini Blondies. You are always pushing yourself and giving yourself new challenges and inspire us to do the same. Happy Father's Day, we are lucky to call you 'ours'. Love and shoulder rubs your Blondie Fam Bam...
