Realizing I’m a High Masking Autistic••• This is kind of an appreciation post for my noise canceling headphones. Also just an appreciation post for my diagnosis and how much it has helped me. I feel so much more accepting of myself and understanding of the struggles I experience. I am so much better able to accommodate and honor my needs. I also cannot believe that now I have you guys! Having this community has made me feel like I have a group of people who relate to so many of the things I go through…the things that heretofore made me feel the most alone in life. Thank you all for being here I appreciate you so much.
