🇺🇸🇬🇧 This picture, but especially the video (swipe to the left) reflects my condition quite well. I see disappointment, I see frustration and I see pain. Unfortunately, I had to cancel this year's club championships after 27 holes. The pain in the back that I had became to strong due to an everyday situation (tie shoes) and too much ground contact with my club. My back then hurt immediately and reasonable golf was no longer to be thought of. For me, it is now time to stabilize the back even more via muscles in order to simply enjoy golfing again in the future. So be prepared for the fact that a bit of fitness content will also take place here in the future. Maybe I can motivate one or the other to invest more time in their own body. I will definitely do it💪🏼 🇩🇪Dieses Bild, aber vor allem das Video (nach links wischen) spiegelt meinen Zustand ganz gut wieder. Ich sehe Enttäuschung, ich sehe Frust und ich sehe Schmerz. Leider musste ich die diesjährigen Clubmeisterschaften nach 27 Loch abbrechen. Zu stark wurden die Schmerzen im Rücken, die ich aufgrund einer Alltagssituation (Schuhe binden) und eines zu starken Bodenkontakts mit dem Schläger im Anschluss hatte. Der Rücken hat dann sofort zugemacht und an vernünftiges Golfen war nicht mehr zu denken. Für mich heißt es jetzt den Rücken noch mehr über Muskulatur zu stabilisieren, um künftig einfach wieder viel Freude am Golfen zu haben. Also macht Euch schon mal darauf gefasst, dass künftig auch ein bisschen Fitness Content hier stattfinden wird. Vielleicht kann ich ja den ein oder anderen dazu motivieren mehr Zeit in den eigenen Körper zu investieren.
