I cannot even begin to tell you how much this magnesium supplement has helped me. I feel like a new person! The @floradixuk magnesium liquid formula contains fruit juices, herbal extracts, magnesium gluconate, magnesium salts of citric acid, and honey. It’s free from preservatives. Within a week of taking this supplement, all the stiffness around my shoulders and neck disappeared. I have a bad tech neck, and the nagging pain can be very annoying. Also, I’m walking a lot more here, going uphill and downhill every day for an hour and sometimes more. Excessive sweating had drained my essential salts, and I was even experiencing restless leg syndrome at night. All of it is gone. Overall, my body feels lighter and relaxed. It’s truly a wonder supplement. With every new supplement I take, I’m a bit cautious. Even though they say it’s gentle on the stomach and causes no side effects, it’s still good to start in small quantities. The recommended dose is 20ml for adults, preferably in the morning. I started with 10ml before breakfast for 5 days, then increased to 15ml for the next 5 days, and then went up to 20ml. It’s best taken on an empty stomach. I take it undiluted, but it can be taken with a bit of water. Also once opened, keep in the refrigerator. I’ve even tried their iron liquid formula, which I found very easy to digest.
