Easy Cheesy Spaghetti 🍝🌿🌺 It’s time to ditch the can for good and make this Easy Cheesy Spaghetti. This recipe takes just 20 minutes from start to finish. It’s perfect for busy weeknights, lunch box and even for picky eaters. For this recipe I have used high fibre pasta powered by jowar, bajra and ragi from @longandshort_india. Choose from their wide range of wholesome and nutritious products. And Aglio e Olio sauce from @thegourmetjar which is made from real ingredients to make your food tastes real good. Ingredients 1 cup boiled spaghetti 2 tbsp oil 10-12 garlic cloves chopped 1 tbsp chilli flakes 1/2 cup coriander leaves Salt to taste 1.5 tbsp oregano seasoning 1 cup veggies of choice ( I used broccoli, capsicum, mushrooms, cherry tomato and zucchini) 1/4 cup pasta water 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp Aglio e Olio sauce Boil the pasta and keep aside. In a pan add olive oil, garlic, chilli flakes and sauté on low flame for 3-4 mins. Add coriander, mix well. Add veggies , cook on high flame for 3-4 mins. Add pasta, oregano seasoning, salt and pasta water. Mix and cook for 3 mins. Add cheese , Aglio e Olio sauce and coriander.
