Towers Of The Sun Model & make up: @valentinefromhellofficial - As many of you know, or might have noticed, I've always been a big fan of retro sci-fi and fantasy. And no wonder. When we grew up as kids, one of the most important games of our childhood was HeroQuest, from which I quickly moved to table top RPG's like RuneQuest, D&D, 2300 AD series and so on. I also ran into my first HEAVY METAL magazine when I think I was 13 and it left a huge impact for my sense of aesthetics. I could go on forever about old cartoon movies such as Gandahar, Fantastic Planet, Time Masters and pretty much everything from Ralph Bakshi as well, but maybe those are stories for other times. This image is an ode to retro sci-fi and fantasy from it's golden age. Sometimes I hope we could go back to times of old fashioned cartoons and comics, but maybe we will!
