Let’s try to meal prep for 100$ I know it’s challenging for a lot of people including myself. I feel like I’m eating half the amount of the food I currently need and the quality is getting even more poor each year. In doing research this week, I found a handful of local places that even support local farmers. Prices are more affordable than the outrageous stores like Publix, sprouts and especially Whole Foods. I know this might not be the case if you live in a smaller town but even in that asking around if anyone has farmer markets or farmers selling their better quality products. I remember when I spent 150$ a week on groceries now it seems like that might cover a small portion of it. Most of us are all in the same spot, all we can do is stay positive, shop local if possible and get creative with meals. Have a wonderful week 🙌 #mealprep #foodprep #cooking #food
