Happy Labor Day! ******* We'll see you back at Grove Street Farmers Market next Monday! ******* Due to taking off today, our Tampa Bay delivery route has been rescheduled to WEDNESDAY this week. While the rest of our farm crew had the day off, John and Amy took care of animals, and John picked okra and persimmons. We also had to chase off neighbor's dogs that came onto our property and attacked our livestock, explain the obvious to said neighbors that they need to be responsible and contain their animals, and we tended to our newest mama sow who has been struggling a bit, including temperature checks and special food. A farmer's work is never done. Thank you to our team who has put their labor (plus a lot of sweat, a bit of blood and a few tears) into this farm and feeding our community.
