Triple Choc-Coconut Brekky Muffin Recipe! ✨ 🍫 This is your sign to eat dessert for breakfast! If chocolate is your love language then save this for your next #treatyourself moment 🤎 The creaminess of the coconut yogurt really speaks to my soul. It creates the most fluffy muffin centre and an incredibly lush chocolate mousse ✨✨✨ Muffin ingredients: 1/2 cup oat flour (oats blended) 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp protein powder 2 tsp cacao pinch of salt 1/2 mashed banana 1/3 cup @cocobella vanilla yogurt 4 tbsp plant milk 1/2 tbsp vegan choc chips Creamy chocolate mousse: 2 tbsp @cocobella vanilla protein yogurt 50 grams vegan chocolate, melted pinch of salt Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Mix together all dry ingredients ina small bowl. Carefully fold in all wet ingredients until combined. Grease a ramekin/ large patty pan or small oven proof bowl and evenly spread the batter. Top with a few extra choc chips. Bake on 180 degrees celsius for 25-30 mins. Alternatively, for a quick option, cook in the microwave for approx 3 minutes! Mix together the chocolate drizzle ingredients and generously drizzle over the top of your warm muffin. Serve straight away and enjoy every last bite!
