Photos from an excellent recent adventure to Afghanistan with scuba diving world record holder, Karin Sinniger. Karin holds the record for diving in the most UN recognised nations - 118 in total - and we recently helped her add Afghanistan, Libya, Somalia and Tajikistan to her list. We guided her in all four countries, to ensure she could travel and dive safely, from the pre-planning stage, all the way through to on the ground logistics - the trips included a dive day, along with a short cultural tour in all the destinations. We managed to arrange diving for Karin in the stunning Band-e-Amir Lakes, in Afghanistan's Bamian Province, and also visited Mazar-e-Sharif, Kabul and Balkh along the way. You can see photos here from the record breaking day and on the cultural journey, visiting areas we also go to on some of our fixed date group trips.
