Veg Millet Tikki, healthy and flavorful snack, millets add a nutritious twist to the traditional tikki recipe. I’m using the @vguardonline induction cooktop, its light weight, easy to carry for my video shoots, comes with a stylish look. Ingredients: 1 cup - Any millet variety 1 cup - Sweet potato 1/2 cup - Onion 1 tsp - Green chillies 1 tsp - Ginger 1 tsp - Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp - Cumin powder 1/2 tsp - Coriander powder 1/2 tsp - Garam masala Salt 2 tbsp - Coriander Cook overnight soaked millets until soft, in a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and cooled millets, mashed sweet potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves, ginger, spice powders, salt. Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into round tikkis. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.
