Some pretty cool moments caught by @jjrosasphotos over #laborday 🫶 While taking 5th in your local cat 3 crit isn’t something to write home about, n I’ve never cared to much about results as much as I cared about utilizing one’s ability to experience competition in the level that suits them. What I celebrate is my ability to experience competition. I truly believe it’s life’s best therapy (competing). I think being a good father, is being a good example. Lead by example. Between managing my brain disease (moyamoya) and not being able to fight for some time now, due to lingering injuries that require attention before returning, I have zero intention of retiring from mma, it has been a blessing to throw my fitness and athletic endeavors at something very new to me 🫡 (bike racing).
