قبل از اینکه بگید٫ بگم که میدونم : اصل اکبر جوجه با پوست هست اما من هم پوستش رو دوست ندارم هم بنظرم اینجوری خوشمزه تره😋 @hanii_.land @haniii_.land مواد لازم: یک مرغ 800 تا یک کیلو گرمی🍗 روغن زیااااااااد کره 🧈: من 350 گرم زدم نمک 🧂 زعفرون دم شده: به دلخواه رب انار گردو 👩🏻🍳مرغ کامل از وسط نصف شده رو حسابی نمک بزن و ماساژ بده. توی روغن داغ زیاد سرخ کن. بهش کره اضافه کن ، در قابلمه رو دمکنی بذار، بذار روی حرارت کم تا بپزه.🥘 تقریبا یک ساعت و نیم زمان میبره.🕰️ یک ربع آخر میتونی زعفرون دم شده هم اضافه کنی. لحظه هاتون به خوشمزگی این اکبر جوجه😋😍 #اکبرجوجه #اکبر_جوجه #غذا #غذای_ایرانی #آموزش_آشپزی #آموزشآشپزی #ناهار #ناهار_خوشمزه #مرغ #رب_انار
