Guys, I don’t say this lightly. I LOVE the heat. 🔥 I LOVE the sun. ☀️ I LOVE to sweat and detox. 💦 But it was Djibouti hot outside when I did my double. If you don’t know what thats’s like, here’s how to experience one of the worst places I’ve ever been: . ✅ Walk into your bathroom, close the door, and turn on the water as hot as it will go so it’s a steam room. ✅ Plug in the hairdryer and turn it on, in your face. ✅ Throw some sand around for good measure. . Made it through the death #workout (20 x 400m on the track) this morning. Then did five easy miles this afternoon to stretch out my legs after sitting all day. Apparently I’m torturing myself with this run again in three weeks as a “progress check”. . What’s the workout you love to hate?
