KOREAN BBQ PORK BELLY 🌶 • Korean BBQ pork belly (slow cooked at home and then pan-heated on the hills) • Pickled carrot and ginger • Salt chilli 'seaweed' (it's crispy cabbage) • Fresh coriander • Red chillies • Jackson's of Yorkshire soft white rolls [Ad] There's not much that brings me more joy than making my sandwich out on the hills, and having the right bread is key. So I'm delighted to now be part of the @jacksonsbread Bread Board and have been trying out some of their products. First up, their soft white rolls, which I used for this pork belly DELIGHT. I've found them to be a little more dense than some rolls, and they didn't fall apart on me (which can often happen when you're lugging bread around in a backpack for hours). They are super tasty, made with their signature sourdough and finest grade of wheat, which also means the bread is proven to stay softer for longer.
