3 Ingredient Nutella Croissants 🥐 Ingredients: - 2 sheets puff pastry - 4 tbsp Nutella (measure with your heart) - 1 egg 1. Lay one sheet of puff flat in a cutting board and evenly spread the Nutella to cover the whole sheet. 2. Place other sheet on top, making sure to line up the squares. Cut into triangles with the bottom/width being roughly 4-5cm 3. Starting at the wide end of the triangle, roll towards the pointy end in smooth motions, making sure to not press too hard to avoid miss aligning the two sheets and/or squishing the Nutella out the sides. 4. Roll to the end of the triangle and gently pinch the tip against the bottom of the roll to adhere. This will prevent the “croissant” from unraveling in the oven 5. Arrange on a lined baking tray, evenly spaced and lightly brush with 1 beaten egg. 6. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. If your puff browns very quickly, drop the heat to 180 for the remainder of the 20 mins 7.
