hi!💜 today i want to share some tips with you on how to work efficiently and how to stay focused! 1. use forest! forest is a very useful app that grows a tree if you don't go on your phone/ipad for a particular amount of time! I usually set the timer at 60 minutes and i can't use my phone for that entire time, which means it cannot distract me! i love filling up my forest and growing trees every day!🌲🌴 2. have a timer where you can see it! i usually have a small timer on my screen or i put my ipad with a timer on my desk! i pick one task to work on and set the timer to the amount of time i think i need for that task. having the timer on my desk and seeing it count down motivates me to finish my task before it ends! i know i can take a small break after it ends, but i also want to finish as much as i can before my break!⏰🔔 3. take breaks :) taking small breaks and going for a walk around your house and having a snack or drink can help you stay refreshed and focused! don't study for hours without breaks, because that will decline your productivity and you're likely to get distracted more often! 🕒🥪 these are my main tips for staying focused and working efficiently! of course this doesn't always work and i, just like everybody else, have days where i can get nothing done and keep getting distracted. but these are some things that usually help me focus better! let me know if you have any other tips and if you found this useful!🤍💜 ^^^ #studygram #paperlessstudent #productivityhacks #productivity #forestapp #focus #efficiency #studyinghard #studyingsmart #ipadpro #onlinestudent #zoomclasses #workfromhome #beproductive #pomodoromethod #studying #study #homework #aestheticnotes #onlineschool #amsterdam #thenetherlands #studentlife #studytips #selfcare #balancedlife
