The one body part we neglect the most? Our feet 🦶 When we run, our feet absorb all the impact and they are often over looked. So for healthy feet and to prevent injury, here’s 4 exercises you should do! 1️⃣ Keeping on your toes, try these heel taps. Alternating each leg 2️⃣ Then sitting on a chair. Keep your feet and big toe flat and lift your little toes 3️⃣ Grab towel and lay it flat. Pull the towel towards you with your toes 4️⃣ Then finish with calf raises. You can do this one 1 leg or two! And just a reminder to make sure your running shoes are comfortable!
