Never Forget why u started. This sport isn’t easy nor for everyone. The consistency is KEY each and every prep. It’s not easy to work on your art for 40 secs of stage presence to be critiqued at the highest levels amongst great athletes. This is why I only compete with myself and bringing a better package each time. Not just a look!!!! My mental spiritual and physical all comes into play. I am beyond thankful for my village❤️. If your thinking about going into bodybuilding I would say this either be in or out not in the middle. can’t be hanging on a fence. Go all in FOR YOU!
