When I started my content agency, I realised it was more profitable and sustainable to become a brand agency instead, so I pivoted. When lead generation dropped on socials, I pivoted into SEO & paid ads to keep momentum up. When the algorithm shifted and got worse, I pivoted into speaking on stages to attract higher calibre clients.
