***HOUSE RENOVATION UPDATE 17*** Well, we keep going! So many people ask me when this #houserenovation project will end, and the answer I always give is......I have no idea! Seriously though, there is always something to be done, and the list grows and grows! There have been some great trades folk on site over the last few weeks, and there is progress. Hallelujah! Two things that have become noticeable are that there is less dust knocking about (but there's still dust, don't get me wrong!), and rooms are starting to look liveable. Hopefully, in the next few weeks, a bathroom will be ready (fingers crossed), and a couple of rooms will be wallpapered, too. I've also found an amazing curtain maker who is brilliant and an interior designer who's going to give me some pointers and creative flair! Choosing paint colours and fabrics is also time-consuming, but it's the fun bit! I can not thank enough all the people who have worked on the project so far. There are some brilliant skilled builders out there....although it does take time to find them.
