I got this question so often now: How is life as a #mom? (Especially according to a #traveling #danceteacher mom…) It is so difficult to answer because everything is is super different, as well as me although I’m also still the same old me. We don’t build our lives around Sofia but she participates in our #craziness. Of course everything is different for me because I have super short times to dance in Socials, we have to time everything and coordinate a lot so she can stick to her schedule and is not stressed. It is the greatest joy, the hardest challenge and yes I get tired, sad, stressed or frustrated sometimes but there is this little human that can heal everything with that little smile showing 8 tiny sweet teeth and there are those magical hormones making a huge lack of sleep and weariness bearable. And I know there is going to be a time for more social dancing, more adult talks and socializing, more dance growing and learning and development. But she won’t grow up a second time, so yes - sometimes I have the feeling of missing out on a few things - #fomo . But then there are so many important moments I don’t want to miss for anything 🥹✨ And our little baby girl is comfortable having many people around, being sweet, open and sociable. After every journey she has made another leap in development and the action of our busy lives seem to do her actually well (- of course every kid is different!).
