Best grilled rice and grilled chicken in Melbourne, @pondoknasibakarvictoria has opened a new outlet in South Melbourne, and they are proudly serving authentic and mouthwatering Indonesian delicacies at affordable prices. What we had: Their signature grilled chicken served with grilled rice, that juicy, tender and mouth melting grilled chicken is the showstopper of this dish. You’d definitely wanna come back to this restaurant again and again after having this, highly recommend Ayam Kremes (Fried Chicken) with grilled rice, another popular delicacy from here, which was equally delicious, but I felt the fried chicken to be not dry on the inside but was super crispy on the outside. Nasi goreng with chicken was just divine, we fell in love with it and it was packed with satisfying flavours and is perfect to eat on a cold winter afternoon. Must try. Loved the quantity and quality of the food here, quite generous serving at a pocket friendly rate. The service is prompt and the staff are all very welcoming, polite and helpful.
