Romero was awarded MOTM, receiving a 8.6 rating following a superb defensive display. Messi labelled him as ‘the best defender in the world’ after the game 🐐 Pierre Emile Hojbjerg- Denmark 🇩🇰 Pierre completed just 59 minutes in Denmark’s comfortable 4-0 victory over San Marino. He also got on the scoresheet, firing home hard and in the corner, a top finish. Hojbjerg was rated 8.7. Encouraging signs 👏🏻 Heung Min Son- South Korea 🇰🇷 Sonny was one of the many players to complete the full 90’ in this game last night. Playing in what seemed to be an attacking midfield role, he was given a 6.3 rating. Much more of a playmaker last night, everything seemed to be through Sonny 🪄 Ben Davies- Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Captain Davies completed the full 90’ also, filling in at centre-back. It was a solid performance from Davies, some very good moments, getting himself a 7.0 rating. Have to admit, he was the brightest looking Spurs player out there 👊🏻 Brennan Johnson- Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Not the best outing for Brennan last night, getting substituted at half-time. Playing through the centre, he barely saw anything of the ball, despite getting into some promising positions. Interesting to see him play as the central striker 👀 Joe Rodon- Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Last but not least, Rodon was also a player that completed the whole game last night, coinciding with a 7.5 rating.
