Who else doesn’t want summer to end?? 🙋🏼‍♀️ Well, these @sunbutter chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches have got you covered! They’re made with chewy, delicious SunButter infused cookies that are jam packed with chocolate chips, and stay soft in the freezer! Grab the recipe below! A D Wet Ingredients: 1/3 cup (70g) Vegetable Oil 1/4 cup (60g) SunButter Heaping 3/4 cup (180g) Dark Brown Sugar 1 Large Egg 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Dry Ingredients: 1 1/3 cup (155g) All Purpose Flour 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Table Salt Chocolate Chips: 1/2 cup (85g) Mini Chocolate Chips Ice cream of your choosing 1. Preheat oven to 350F / 180C. 2. In a large mixing bowl, add all of the wet ingredients. Whisk until very smooth. 3. In a separate bowl, add all of the dry ingredients. Whisk well to combine. 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, then mix with a spatula, wooden spoon, or electric beater, until combined together. Do not overmix. 5. Add in the chocolate chips, and fold it with a spatula. 6. Using a small cookie scoop (4 tsp size), scoop cookies onto 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper (8 per sheet). Bake for 11 minutes. 7.
