Making Grilled Buffalo Chicken Pizza by elevating Metro’s Fresh2Go Pizza Kit @metroontario 🦬🍗🍕 Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes Serving size: 4 people INGREDIENTS - Metro Fresh2Go Margherita Pizza Kit - 1 Chicken Breast - Buffalo Sauce § ½ cup Franks § 3 tbsp Butter - Ranch § ½ cup Mayo § ¼ cup Sour cream § 4 tbsp Buttermilk § 1 tsp Garlic powder § 2 tbsp chopped Dill § 2 tbsp chopped Parsley § 1 tsp black pepper § Pinch of salt to taste - Blue Cheese - 1 Green Onion DIRECTIONS 1. Place your dough on a flat surface and drizzle with olive oil. Shape into a rough oval. Rub your shaped dough with more olive oil so it doesn’t stick and place on your BBQ over medium-low heat. After 10 minutes flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes then remove from the grill. 2. Cook your chicken breast until it reaches 155 degrees internal temperature, flipping halfway through. 3. To make the ranch combine ingredients listed above. 4. To make buffalo sauce, put your pan on the BBQ and melt your butter. Add franks and stir until emulsified. 5. Add your pizza sauce to the dough, cheese, chopped chicken, then drizzle some of your buffalo sauce. Place back on the grill with indirect heat to cook until the cheese melts. 6. Remove from the grill, crumble blue cheese on top. Drizzle more buffalo then ranch and top with green onion. ENJOY. #ad #pizza #buffalochicken
