Jacksons is great for school lunches because it's made using high grade wheat which not only means it tastes great, but it stays softer for longer, so you're not panicking about what to pack by midweek because the bread is drying up and sandwiches are going ropey! Plus, my 9 year old is very keen that we stop buying anything with palm oil in (so much so he won't let us by donuts from the supermarkets even - dedication!) so he loves that Jacksons have removed palm oil from their entire range!
