Please don’t volunteer me. As a grown adult human in my 40s… I am not interested in being volun-told or volunteered to do things without a previous conversation and my express consent. The assumption that I am just going to do something because someone else thinks I should or wants me to is a false one… I love a plan, I love being asked to participate in planning, I love to be considered as a voice in the room who has a say over what I shall and shall not do🥰 I do my best not to assume someone will just be ok doing something because I don’t want people to do that to me.
