This isn’t my normal content but if you’ve been following me for a while.. it kinda is. I am so lucky to have found a new practitioner to add to my list of angels in Halifax and Hannah Ferguson at @halifaxosteopathy has definitely filled a void in my normal healthcare routine. My sister SWEARS by Osteopathy and although my person experience was a bit different, I was open to the thought of trying osteopathy again after Hannah reached out and explained it to me. Different practitioners follow so many different ways of practice so if one person doesn’t work out - it may just be that their style is not for you. Figure out what works and what doesn’t and listen to your body! Having a fresh new insight on my health has been eye opening and I feel so lucky to have met Hannah! I’m excited to show you more! Ps real tears were shed. I haven’t been doing well mentally or physically these last few months. I’m so lucky to have an amazing chiro, physio, rmt, psychologist that truly listen to me and now I have a rockstar osteo to add! Find your people. Put your health first.
