I needed today. 854 x 1 top single. Been suffering some persistent hip pain lately that’s hindered me from squatting and deadlifting, even causing some pain just sitting and walking. But today I decided to just squat in wraps the same way I do in sleeves and just see what happens lol and with some drills provided by @dr.liftheavyor_dey (thanks Doc) to better warm up the hip prior to training. I put wraps on at 606 to practice in the more narrow stance. Pick felt more stable, and no hip pain. Videos show 716, 782, and lastly 854. All moved and felt great, the narrower stance felt a bit foreign in wraps but overall I’m happy and we’re back on schedule!
