If only muffins could talk… When we met over 7 years ago, one of us lived in a shared apartment, working as a young actor. The other was just publishing his first #vegan cookbook, riding a bike delivering #VeganMuffins he baked at nights in his tiny kitchen. We were both #vegans, but we couldn’t know how our life #together is going to be about #VeganFood. We fell #InLove with each other, but in a way, with that feeling we created - #celebrating life every day. To cook, #feast, create, to have purpose, a reason for getting up, to meet people, laugh, cheer and to love, in the name of #hedonism, and our great #appreciation towards sentient beings - animals, and humans. Tomorrow we’ll leave our little #Greek nest, flying to #Hungary, to hold 4 events - each of them represent a part of our #journey. On the 12th, we host a live cooking show at @borganika - happily all 50 tickets are sold. On the 14th, we cook a 4 course pop-up dinner at our beloved @kis_padlizsan - also full, with 44 hungry guests. On the 15th, we swap knives to cocktail glasses, and aprons to #CarrieBradshaw-approved dancing shoes, and just like that, we'll make you sway, at @budapestpark’s first ever #SexAndTheCityParty by @hbomaxhungary, honoring 25 years of the iconic series. On the 17th, we return to our favorite #Hungarian #foodie fest - @zamatfesztival, #Debrecen, and from noon, we hold an on-stage workshop, preparing a taster of chickpeas #paprikás with jacket sweet potatoes & walnuts sourcream. On the 18th we’ll fly back home to #Methana, and this week in #Budapest will seem and feel like a dream. Just as the times from over 7 years ago, when stayed up every night, baking vegan pastries, biking in the sunrise, delivering to those who know: #cupcakes were once just #muffins - but they believed in #miracles… See you around, and if this time you're going to miss us, don’t worry!
