full day of eating whilst on a mini cut 🤍 It’s always 2 portions cuz I also cook for my bf 🙈. I currently eat 1600kcal and 80g of plant-based protein. All my protein essentials are by @myproteinde code RIPPED 🫶🏽 (advertisement) details: • french toast bites (2 portions): 220ml almond milk + 40g plant-based protein powder + cinnamon, mix together until smooth. Cut up bread and throw in the mixture, then pan fry on each side for ~3 mins. I topped them with chocolate protein spread, banana and a tiny bit of powdered sugar 🤍 • crispy summer rolls: filled with air fried chickpeas, pepper, carrots, salad mix and peanut sauce and then pan fried on each side for ~3 mins. • pizza bowls: veganized (for me only haha, @mike.ripped ate the non-vegan version) recipe from @sailor_bailey • strawberry smoothie bowl (2 portions): 320g frozen mango&strawberry mix + 30g vegan protein powder + 200ml almond milk + some water. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
