ᴇɴᴇʀɢᴇᴛɪᴄ ᴘʀᴀᴄᴛɪᴄᴇs | ʜᴀʀ ᴍᴀɴᴛʀᴀ We use the Mantra Har (sounds like hud, or say with a Spanish r) to activate the creative consciousness within. This kryia locks the ego and helps us to tap into our spiritual nature. Here, we can begin to dissolve old identities and open to the vast potential within. In this particular kryia, you will chant har with meaning, bring the sound from deep within and up into the throat, four times, and then whisper Har four times. The loud Har brings energy up from the lower centers and into the heart as a projection outward while the whispers activate the throat center, taking us inward. Sit cross-legged or on a chair. If in a chair, keep your feet flat on the ground. Tune in with the Adi mantra, Ong Namo, Guroo Dayv Namo with hands in prayer position at your heart center. I suggest doing a few rounds of alternate nostril breathing with breath of fire. Start first with inhalation on the left, exhalation on the right for about one minute, and then repeat with inhalations/exhalation reversed. Next, sit tall, spine long and take your thumbs to the edge of the pinky finger, and wrap your fingers around, making fists. Raise your arms parallel. Knuckles face one another about an inch apart right in front of the heart. Keep arms and elbows engaged to keep your arms locked into position. From here , allow your vision to tune to the peripheral and begin chanting, four times aloud, four times whispering. Continue for 15 minutes.
