🇹🇷Oturan Aslan Heykelciği Fildişi, Altıntepe, M.Ö. 8. Yüzyılın ikinci yarısı Altıntepe Tapınağı’nda ortaya çıkartılan, kalçaları üzerine oturtulmuş aslan heykelciği 10 cm yüksekliğindedir. Aslan başını sola çevirmiş ve hırlar durumda tasvir edilmiştir. Yüzde ürkütücü bir anlam vardır. Heykelciğin alt kısmında yer alan delik, eserin bir başka eşyayı süslemek amacıyla kullanıldığını göstermektedir. 🇬🇧🇺🇸Statuette of Seated Lion Uncovered in Altıntepe temple, the statuette of the lion sitting on his haunches is 10 cm high. The lion was depicted with his head turned towards the left and roaring. His face is fearsome. The hole at the bottom of the statuette shows that it was used to decorate another item. #archaeology #archeologia #arkeoloji #archaeologist #museum #world #Turkey #Türkiye #турция #tr #archeology #architecture #ancienthistory #archaeologylife #archaeological #tarih #gezi #travel #historia #history #photo #Археология #art #ancienthistory
