Aglio Olio Veggie Paneer is a fusion dish that’s supremely flavourful, mixed vegetables, garlic-infused olive oil, and a touch of dried herbs, red pepper flakes for some heat sans pasta made using the @vguardonline induction cooktop. It is lightweight, portable, and has a stylish appearance! Ingredients: 2 cups mixed vegetables 100 grams paneer 2 tsp olive oil 4-5 cloves of garlic 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp dried herbs Salt to taste Instructions: Heat olive oil in a large pan add the thinly sliced garlic, red pepper flakes, dried herbs. Sauté for a minute or until the garlic turns golden add the paneer to the pan and cook until it turns slightly golden on all sides and set aside. Heat olive oil, sauté garlic until golden, add the mixed vegetables to the pan and sauté for a few minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp. Season with red chilli flakes, dried herbs, salt.
