How to Make Your One Day, Day One> I know, believe me, I know where you’re at, cause I face the same question. Why am I not starting this today? Why do I keep procrastinating doing this thing? There are so many layers to this but I’ll tell you the two things holding you back: ☝🏻you’re stuck in your head overthinking ✌🏻your why isn’t strong enough Yes, the simplest route > say fuck it and take action. Is it the right action? Only one way to find out. The more you dwell on it the more inaction happens. You have to get the shit out of your head. Get a pen and some paper, not laptop or phone and ☝🏻connect deeply to your why. Why is it this thing that I want? Is this for me or someone else? ✌🏻 Develop a strategy. Write out what you need to do. Write out pros and cons, brain dump all of the shit that’s weighing you down onto the paper. Once you do clarity will start to evolve and one of two things will happen; ☝🏻You’ll come away ready to go full steam ahead OR ✌🏻You’ll realize this thing is not aligned with your why If it’s the second do this next: Because you did a brain dump, you will have more clarity on what aligns with your why.
