I’m so thrilled to have the opportunity to participate in C-CAP Harvest Moon Feast again this year. It’s always a big indicator that the fall season is on the horizon when planning starts. Ever since joining C-CAP, it has been a highlight for me. Celebrating with students/chefs across the state and seeing the passion for this industry, the event culminates, is inspiring every year. There are few things that come to mind better than a night of networking and delicious food to help raise money for future industry workers and leaders. And those in attendance this year, will get to try the cake i’ve decorated in this post, at the event.
