You ever love someone so much you wanna spend time with them all the time but also have your own me time but also be as close to them as possible (I was trying to put my head IN his) but also be left alone but also go out with your girls and do girl tings then come come home to them and do nasty marriage tings? Quality time with each other. Quality time with our family. Quality time with our friends. Quality time with ourselves. We loved ourselves before we loved each other… So sometimes we miss ourselves and have our own individual me time. Most times we’re together but not together; working, parenting, homing, just being black… So we miss us and spend intentional time together. We like each other. We love each other. We pour into each other but recognize we don’t have the capacity to fill each other. Only God can do that. This is our marriage and we love it 💛 Also, football is back 🏈 • • Those who get it, get it.
