Airfried Stuffed Chicken & Bacon 🥓🍗 Such a childhood bit of grub for me. Mum would have made these or even made them with pork. This recipe makes 3 and perfect for Sundays or even weekday dinners. Ingredients - 3 medium sized chicken breasts - 300g packet of Thin streaky bacon, don’t use thick bacon 🥓 - 300g of breadcrumb stuffing Method 1. Slice the chicken along the side and create a pocket 2. Fill with the stuffing 3. Wrap in bacon 4. Airfry for 17-18 minutes at 190. If you’re using large chicken breasts do it for 19-20 mins and turn halfway (I turn mine halfway to ensure an even cook) 5. For the oven I would recommend 35 minutes or so at 180.
