Jaxson John Ambrose Dickert (stage name Deckert, of course) I’m late to the game, as I’ve been slacking on social med’s for a while now, but my guy came into the world on July 11th and he’s taken our hearts to the cleaner for 2 months to the date! Being a dad is more amazing than I could’ve imagined. The sleepless nights were rough but getting better and worth every second. The rewards outweigh the diapers and this lil man is medicine for my soul. All the firsts are awesome. Jaxsy hit the beach last weekend at my grandparent’s condo that’s been my Heaven on Earth since I was 2 1/2 months old, saw his first rocket launch, got his vaccines and went out in public to see his first @packers W yesterday💪🏼 We’re beyond grateful this little stud is happy and healthy and he already knows how to find the light and stare directly into camera😂 I’m grateful to @sagaftra for the thoughtfully timed “paternity leave,” as we brought Jaxsy home from the hospital on day 1 of this historic and much needed strike. I usually use social media for career updates, but lots of life things to report lately. They’ll be all sloppy and out of order, but what isn’t right now🤷🏼‍♂️ Life’s been a whirlwind of ups and downs this year, but this little guy puts things into perspective, as does the outpour of love from friends and family we’ve been basking in♥️ “And if you don’t know, now you know.” -Papa Deckert, out. 🎤 #baby #dadlife #littleman #sagaftrastrong #sagstrike
