Nostalgia central, I actually made this in my catering GCSE however I sadly didn’t have a stand mixer and it turned out nowhere near as juicy as this. The @boschhomeuk CreationLine stand mixer made the art of getting stiff peaks from egg whites a piece of cake (no pun intended). No wrist ache and perfectly formed peaks. It’s a no brainer. Check out the Bosch CreationLine stand mixer using the link in my bio. Ingredients 50g 70% dark chocolate 50g 85% dark chocolate 25g butter 3 eggs separated 2 tbsp caster sugar Sugar White chocolate, raspberry and mint to serve. Melt your chocolate and butter over a Bain Marie until melted and combined and remove from the heat. Stir 3 egg yolks through your chocolate mix. In your Bosch CreationLine stand mixer, add your whites and caster sugar and mix using the whisk function until stiff peaks are formed. Gently fold your stiff peaks in a quarter at a time. Once all is combined store in the fridge overnight and you’re ready to plate and TUCK IN. WALLOP #LikeABosch #gettingrubby #chocolatemousse #ad
