Can't believe I just discovered konjac pasta - a low calorie, high fibre pasta alternative! 🍝✨ - While regular pasta is made with wheat, I just discovered @nupasta which is a gluten-free, low carb, and keto-friendly pasta made from the root of the konjac plant! So that's why it's only 25 calories per pack! 😯 In terms of texture, it's more bouncy and chewy compared to regular pasta! It's also precooked, so it's super easy to prepare - just rinse, drain and heat it up in a pan with your sauce and you’re done!
