Chemo + Immunotherapy: Day 1 We’re back at Mott! Pryce was surprisingly in a great mood. Thank you to everyone who took his “do truckers still honk for kids” poll. I (Mom) told him he could pick out an extra item from the gift shop for every truck he could get to honk. After some trial & error, he was able to get 3 honks. 😊 Pretty sure he’s hooked. Lol. Thank you, to all the truckers out there who still do it. ❤️ As for treatment plans, Pryce’s team was very pleased with his weight gain & counts. They decided to put him back on the “easier” chemos (easier on counts, but just as many side effects). We are also spacing the next round out 5 weeks for various medical & non-medical reasons, which means more time at home. That also pushes scans to early November. So please be praying for those. Today, Pryce got some time in with Dylan the video game guy - which always makes it a good day. The chemo & immuno infusions started a bit late, so we’re still awake after midnight.
