Flexibility challenge: How many plates can you stack while touching palms down? 👀 I saw it at @netty.upyourrom and had to try it immediately! 🤣🤭 I put 3 regular plates and spiced it up with one thick double hight one. Almost all the way. Was challenging! 🙆🏻‍♀️🫣 IMPORTANT: This challenge, of course, is about your posterior chain flexibility and mobility. However, it also depends on your leg & arm length ratio in correlation with your flexibility aaaand core strength.
