A question we get asked a lot is, "How on earth do you work with your husband/wife every day!?" 😂 So, I wanted to take a moment to share a bit more of our story... Our little tea shop has been operated by Cliff and I for the past 13 years, and we've been working side-by-side since we met nearly 25 years ago. It definitely has had its ups and downs, but for the most part, we enjoy working together towards the same vision. When we first opened our doors, we had no idea where this journey would take us. But we knew we had a shared passion for tea and a shared dream of bringing unique and high-quality tea to our community. So, we dove in headfirst and never looked back. We've grown together as a couple and as business partners, and we're constantly inspired by the love and support of our amazing team. Whenever we bicker (which is often!), they know not to take sides - although I know they secretly take mine! 😅 We share many of the same values and ideas, but a few things we don't share are - our taste in music, my love of peanut butter and which way the teapots should be facing! As we look to the future, we're excited to continue expanding our selection of specialty teas and sharing our passion with even more tea lovers around Australia.
