You’re also more sensitive. 30+ year old women who are skulling a coffee in favour of food, when cortisol is naturally rising in the AM?! = Shitstorm 🌪️⚡️🫠 BONUS points if you’re adding a workout and raising cortisol and adrenalin even more. 🔥🔥🔥 I see it all the time - clients let themselves get super hungry, then tend to go for the carbs and sweets because those will raise their blood sugar for the energy they need. Their cortisol is all over the place. TRY THIS INSTEAD: start your day with a high protein, SAVOURY breakfast to keep hormones and blood sugar balanced. You’ll notice a difference that same day.
