A few shots from yesterday’s @athomefarmlive dinner. I was worried that the weather wasn’t going to play nice, but it held up alright in the end and we even got a rainbow at one point!! All thanks to the team at @athomefarmlive for their incredible venue. This event had a particular weight to it for me, as it was my first big event since going solo. I’m so grateful that I got to do this with @woodfiredcanteen by my side, who put it all the hard work in doing my menu incredible justice. It’s never easy to scale up recipes from “serves 4” to “serves 150”!!! But they did so with absolute ease, took it all in their stride and totally embraced the black limes. A huge thank you to all of you who came and joined us- your energy and enthusiasm was so heartwarming. It was a joy to see all your beaming smiles and hear your words of encouragement, and great to see some familiar faces too. Thanks especially to the group of 6 who came all the way from Yorkshire- I hope the burnt aubergines were worth the trip!!! #middleeasternfood #justafewbroadbeans #endofsummer
